Position Description:
Team members are offered an opportunity to join a rapidly-growing national sports company as an integral member of a Ninja Nation arena. Team members work the check in desk providing a warm, welcoming to our facility, check in members, check waivers, assist with party flow and run cash drawers among other duties as assigned. Additionally, they will be a key contributor to the culture of each arena, responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for each ninja birthday participant.

- Build client relationships through outstanding hospitality
- Provide information to clients regarding class packages, memberships, promotions and events
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients of all ages and abilities
- Computer Skills – Must have basic knowledge of how to use a computer. MindBodyTM system experience a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming every single guest entering the building.
- Check in members
- Waiver checks for all guests
- Directing new guests to our waiver stations
- “What brings you to Ninja Nation today?”
- Answering all questions guests may have
- Answering phone calls promptly and professionally
- Outbound birthday reminder calls
- Handling membership sign ups
- Basic math skills
- Greeting birthday parties and sending the groups to their assigned area
- Actively selling merchandise, drinks and snacks
- Restocking merchandise area
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Keeping the front desk and lobby area neat and clean at all times
- Undefined work as assigned by managers
