What We’re Looking For
You’re a people person with a love for fitness and fun, someone who can juggle tasks with a smile and create unforgettable guest experiences. Specifically, you bring:
- A positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- A knack for making everyone feel welcome and valued.
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients of all ages.
- A passion for health, fitness, and creating joy.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and schedule.
- Basic computer skills (experience with MindBody is a bonus!).
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Be the first smiling face that greets every guest and ninja entering our arena.
- Manage member check-ins, waivers, and answer the all-important, “What brings you to Ninja Nation today?”
- Assist birthday party groups and ensure smooth party flow.
- Handle membership sign-ups, merchandise sales, and cash drawer operations.
- Answer calls promptly and professionally, including making outbound birthday reminder calls.
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and bathrooms clean and presentable.
- Restock merchandise and snack areas to keep them looking sharp.
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team and the mission.
