Youth Coach- Ninja Warrior
We are looking for energetic individuals who love working with kids and are interested in fitness to join our ninja training gym. As a coach, you'll be responsible for helping children aged 5-13 develop physically, cognitively, and emotionally while building their self-esteem and confidence. You'll coach obstacle classes and work in the gym for unique camps and parties. This very active position requires high energy, hard work, and dedication. Your weekly hours will depend on our class, party schedule, and availability. We hire part-time for 8-28 hours per week.
Some of the qualities we look for in candidates include:
- High and positive energy
- Friendly, positive attitude, team player
- Background in fitness (athletics, dance, sports, cheer/cheerleading, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, physical education, or related field)
- Experience coaching kids; coaching kids in classes is ideal
- Experience in developing class/group training programming
- Passionate about working with and coaching kids
- Experience working with children
- Looking for a long-term position
- Over 18 years old is required
- A certified trainer certifications, such as Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA) coach, certified personal trainer and accredited group trainer
- Must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation
- Must pass our on-site training requirements (UNAA certified coach, Basic First Aid/CPR/AED)
