Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions for purchases.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and services to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude while working in a team environment
- Assist in supervising junior staff when needed, fostering a positive team environment.
- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist customers with any questions regarding the menu or sushi offerings
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized, especially the front counter and dining area.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies when necessary
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Skills
