About the Role
NinjaOne is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our Mid-Market Sales team. This leadership role is critical in developing and scaling our go-to-market strategies for our strategic prospects. As the Director, you will guide a team of Account Executives who possess deep product expertise and strong commercial acumen. In this role, you will work closely with our product, engineering, channel, and field teams, as well as our customers, to drive successful sales strategies across the NinjaOne platform. This highly visible role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, sales strategy and business leadership, essential for achieving our continued record growth in the marketplace.
Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX – In office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week.
What You’ll be Doing
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Account Executives focused on new revenue.
- Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member.
- Coordinate, direct, and monitor the pipeline of your team by tracking and reporting weekly activities.
- Motivate team members through creative incentives.
- Regularly report on team / individual results.
- Other duties as needed.
