Civil Project Manager

Nino Development has partnered with a highly regarded General Contractor in the Carolinas on their search for a Civil Project Manager who has experience in commercial/residential site development and heavy highway/roadway, and bridge construction.

Title: Project Manager (Heavy Highway/Roadway, and Bridge)

Project Types: Heavy Highway/Roadway and Bridge

Responsibilities:

• 10 - 15 years experience in the Heavy Highway/Bridge industry
• Oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end
• Supervise and coordinate construction workers
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and deadlines
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or Prolog
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction techniques
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
