Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Utilize Salesforce software for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities.
- Expected to bring in $5M yearly in sales.
- Experience with National Commercial Roofing Sales
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients to showcase our services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
