Nino Development is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will oversee roofing service projects, ensuring high-quality work and exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of roofing professionals, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of roofing service technicians on commercial roofing projects.
- Ensure all roofing service work meets quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients to assess their roofing needs and provide timely, professional service.
- Perform hands-on roofing work when necessary and lead by example.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on project progress, materials, and team performance.
- Troubleshoot roofing issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 1 year in a foreman or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, repairs, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
