Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to oversee and lead our roofing teams on various commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial roofing and a strong ability to manage teams, ensuring high-quality work and safety standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead roofing crews to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.
- Ensure all roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance are completed in compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Manage daily operations on the job site, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to team members.
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform quality control and inspection of completed work to ensure it meets our high standards.
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are properly used and maintained.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on the job site.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a proven track record in a foreman or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
