Job Description:
You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base within the industrial refrigeration sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial refrigeration systems and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and increase market share in the industrial refrigeration sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial refrigeration, including cold storage facilities, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on the best industrial refrigeration solutions based on their needs and budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability for the company.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure the design and delivery of customized refrigeration systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulations related to industrial refrigeration.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Track sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on industrial refrigeration systems or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong business acumen and ability to close sales deals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- A degree in engineering, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in cold storage, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly preferred.
