Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Metal Roofing Superintendent to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of metal roofing projects in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for supervising and leading teams in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial metal roofing systems. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, repair, and maintenance of metal roofing systems on commercial buildings.
• Oversee a team of roofing professionals, ensuring that all work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
• Manage daily operations on job sites, including scheduling, task delegation, and ensuring that all roofing work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Inspect work to ensure that it meets all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project progression.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are available on-site and used correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the roofing process.
• Maintain proper documentation for each project, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety reports.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to roofing crews, ensuring ongoing training and development.
• Ensure that all roofing projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in metal roofing, with a focus on commercial roofing projects.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, managing roofing teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of metal roofing systems, materials, installation techniques, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret roofing plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues efficiently on the job site.
• Proficiency with roofing project management software is a plus.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or similar safety training is preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
