Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business National Development professional with a deep understanding of the roofing industry to join our growing team. This position is nationwide, meaning you will have the opportunity to work remotely and manage business development efforts across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, cultivating relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the commercial roofing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Nino Development in the commercial roofing industry across the U.S.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, general contractors, architects, and other industry stakeholders.
- Lead sales efforts to secure new commercial roofing projects, including project planning, proposal development, and negotiations.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential leads and strategic business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive company growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Present Nino Development’s roofing services and capabilities to key decision-makers in the commercial sector.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and promote business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and trends in the roofing industry to stay ahead of market demands.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the commercial roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, products, and services.
- Proven track record of securing new business and developing relationships in the commercial construction and roofing sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong networking skills and a broad industry network.
- Ability to analyze market data and create actionable strategies for growth.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
