We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Nino Development, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects. You will ensure the successful completion of projects by coordinating resources, managing client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage communications with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project progress.
- Oversee the scheduling of work, manage timelines, and ensure that work is progressing according to plan.
- Monitor project costs, manage pay applications, and ensure financial aspects align with the budget.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, ensure safety protocols are followed, and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Track and review project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, contracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to discuss project status, updates, and problem resolution.
- Ensure safety compliance and enforce safety protocols on-site, adhering to industry regulations and requirements.
- Anticipate risks and develop strategies to prevent delays or project setbacks.
- Manage project closeout, including final billings, punch-list completion, and post-project evaluations.
Soft Skill Responsibilities:
- Communicate project updates clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and issues with proactive communication, fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil engineering construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Solid understanding of contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
