Position Overview:
As a Residential Project Manager at Nino Development, you will oversee all aspects of residential roofing projects from start to finish. You will lead and supervise project teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roofing, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering top-tier residential services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of residential roofing projects
- Lead and supervise a team of roofing professionals, including foremen and laborers
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met
- Communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues
- Manage material orders and ensure timely delivery to the job site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the project lifecycle
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Lead Foreman, or Superintendent in the roofing industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of residential roofing systems, materials, and installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification required
