Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Roofing Service Superintendent to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of roofing service projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage a team of roofing professionals, coordinate with clients, and ensure that safety regulations and company policies are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage roofing service projects, including repairs, maintenance, and installations on commercial buildings.
• Oversee a team of roofing technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure all roofing projects are completed in compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to assess the condition of roofing systems and determine the scope of work required.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients to provide project updates, timelines, and any changes to scope or budget.
• Manage the daily operations of roofing crews, including assigning tasks, scheduling, and ensuring productivity.
• Troubleshoot roofing problems and implement effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including work orders, invoices, and reports.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to client needs and providing exceptional service.
• Ensure that all roofing work is performed with the highest quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in roofing, with a focus on service and maintenance in the commercial roofing industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing roofing teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret roofing plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and building codes related to roofing.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Roofing certifications and training (e.g., OSHA, RRO) are a plus.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
