Position Overview:
As a Service Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial roofing service and maintenance projects, including troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial roofing systems, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering quality work while ensuring the safety and productivity of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on service, repair, and maintenance projects.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify potential risks, issues, and solutions.
• Oversee and perform roof repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance for various commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofs.
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
• Coordinate with project management and clients to maintain clear communication and address project goals.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance skills, productivity, and job performance.
• Monitor and manage job site resources, including materials, tools, and labor.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed, including materials used, time spent, and job status.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with company leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Proven leadership experience as a foreman, supervisor, or team leader in the roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofing.
• Ability to read and interpret roofing plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Proficient with roofing tools, equipment, and safety gear.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and at heights.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform job duties safely and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in roofing systems (e.g., GAF, Carlisle, CertainTeed, or similar).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools or software.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
