Structural Steel Project Manager (AISC Fabrication)

Nino Development is a rapidly growing construction company specializing in high-quality commercial and industrial projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Structural Steel Fabricator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural steel fabrication and construction management, with a focus on managing projects from inception to completion.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager - Structural Steel Fabricator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural steel fabrication and erection for construction projects. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet all specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee structural steel fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the fabrication and installation phases.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the project team to ensure successful project execution.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy in all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in structural steel fabrication or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes, materials, and building codes.
• Proven track record of managing complex fabrication projects within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and construction management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
