Superintendent (Commercial Construction)

Nino Development has partnered with a leading General Contractor who is looking for a Superintendent to oversee the construction of commercial ground-up projects valued anywhere from $20MM - $150MM in the Washington, DC area.

Title: Superintendent (3 - 7 years of commercial construction experience)

Project Types: Retail, Office Buildings, Hotels, Multifamily, Schools

Responsibilities:

• Promote safety and site cleanliness, while implementing and effectively managing Company's safety policies and procedures
• Organize and layout project site logistics
• Oversee execution of the Punch Lists
• Managed and publish subcontractor schedule on a weekly basis
• Review subcontractor meetings

Qualifications:

• Understanding of drawings and specifications
• Experienced with Procore and any other related construction software
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 Certification
• Ground-up project experience required

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
