What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent (Commercial Construction) position at Nino Development?
Nino Development has partnered with a leading General Contractor in the Washington, DC area who is looking for a Superintendent to oversee the construction of commercial ground-up projects valued anywhere from $10MM - $100MM in the Washington, DC area.
Title: Superintendent (3 - 7 years of commercial construction experience)
Project Types: Retail, Office Buildings, Hotels, Multifamily, Schools
Responsibilities:
- Promote safety and site cleanliness, while implementing and effectively managing Company's safety policies and procedures
- Organize and layout project site logistics
- Oversee execution of the Punch Lists
- Managed and publish subcontractor schedule on a weekly basis
- Review subcontractor meetings
Qualifications:
- Understanding of drawings and specifications
- Experienced with Procore and any other related construction software
- OSHA 10 and/or 30 Certification
- Ground-up project experience required
