DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES :
- Supports the development of documents defining product, product assembly, and packaging of retail finished goods.
- Review capability of partner quality management system to assess product safety, compliance and quality risks.
- Provides technical or mechanical support to internal and external teams to ensure products are manufactured and packaged in accordance to specifications.
- Conducts production part performance evaluations following internal and industrial test standards. Provides engineering solutions based on test result analysis.
- Performs root cause analysis in response to nonconformance. Designs corrective actions and solutions to reduce defects with minimal cost.
- Designs, tests and implements tools to support production operations .
- Supports management of Nintendo of America Inc. (NOA) Corrective Action Request (CAR) initiatives.
- Provides input and recommendations for design validation testing to qualify new components and packaging materials.
- May rely on experience with fabrication processes, equipment, and materials to tailor designs to achieve the most practical balance of quality, speed, and cost.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $89,000 - $142,500 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
