About the role:

The Operations Manager will enable operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration, analytics, and solution delivery, while also championing process improvement initiatives.

Your contribution will be: 

  • Operations Management: Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess the organization's performance, identify areas for improvement, and offer data-driven, actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation across projects to ensure optimal utilization of talent and timely project delivery.
  • Project Oversight: Provide oversight and guidance to project managers, ensuring projects are executed according to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • System Administration: Oversee and manage critical systems integral to the organization, ensuring data accuracy, user access control, and system customization to optimize operational processes and support business requirements effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, resource management, and client engagements to minimize potential impacts on project outcomes and client relationships.

To be successful, we think you need: 

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven 2-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • 2-5 years of experience using Salesforce.
  • 2-5 years of experience using a professional services automation tool.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex project schedules.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with the Nintex suite of products (advantage).

Skills And Competencies

  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify complex patterns of risk, challenges, and resolve issues, make effective recommendations, and escalate complex issues.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek and implement change to drive business improvement.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency.

Leadership and Process Improvement

  • Ability to facilitate collaborative discussions regarding resource assignment, utilization, and gap analysis between resource managers and leadership.
  • Take initiative and ownership, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate across lines of business, regions, and internal functions to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Process-driven with the ability to help train/drive/develop processes to create unity and consistency across organization.
