Paraprofessional Interventionist - Ninth Grade Center

OPEN POSITIONS:           Paraprofessional Interventionist

START DATE:                   2025-2026 school year

POSITION SALARY:         starting at $16.89/hour 
 
PRIMARY FUNCTION:      

To create a flexible instructional program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with students assigned to the classroom; to motivate pupils to develop attitudes and knowledge needed to ensure that effective learning occurs for each student, every day.  This position may provide social emotional support and instruction to assigned students.

180-day position
                                     
QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Substitute Certificate Required
• Prefer prior experience working with children with special needs
• Effective oral and written communication skills
