Job Description: Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants has an immediate opening for a Word Processor in our Irvine, California office. The successful candidate would be required to type, format and PDF technical reports, proposals, letters and other correspondence; compiling data in spreadsheets; performing special projects as requested. The ideal candidate should be highly detailed-oriented, well organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment working closely with technical staff to provide assistance editing and quality control of technical reports, and other special projects.
Required Skills: Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook) with experience typing, formatting, proofing and PDFing documents, proposals, Adobe Creative Cloud, boring log input using Geosystem and/or gINT programs, etc.. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, good computer and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member.
Desired Skills: Experience with geotechnical and environmental consulting firm performing duties similar to those described above preferred.Status: Full-time, on site
