About the Position

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Revenue Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of revenue marketing strategies for our specialized insurance programs. In this player-coach role, you will be responsible for driving measurable revenue growth by creating and implementing marketing playbooks, collaborating closely with Sales, Business Development, and Underwriting to align marketing efforts with revenue operations. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional with experience in performance marketing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.

What Youll Do

We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Marketing Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include :

Strategy & Ownership

  • Lead revenue marketing strategy for assigned programs, setting clear goals and aligning initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Own revenue targets for the highest-priority program, applying data-driven strategies to drive predictable growth.
  • Conduct market and customer research to refine program strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Underwriting to align efforts with company-wide revenue goals.

Playbook Development

  • Develop and refine comprehensive marketing playbooks for lifecycle-specific programs, establishing frameworks for execution and optimization.
  • Standardize best practices in campaign planning, audience targeting, and lead generation workflows across programs.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to integrate playbook processes with Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics platforms for seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and guide Revenue Marketing Specialists, providing strategic direction on campaigns and performance optimizations.
  • Conduct training sessions on best practices, new technologies, and evolving revenue marketing strategies.
  • Establish KPIs for team performance, conduct regular check-ins, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Data-Driven Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize program performance through dashboards and reporting tools, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Implement A / B testing, segmentation, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and pipeline growth.
  • Develop and manage multi-touch attribution models to measure program impact on revenue.
  • Revenue Operations Alignment

  • Work with Revenue Operations to define lead scoring models, handoff criteria, and feedback loops for seamless sales transitions.
  • Foster strong collaboration with Sales and Underwriting to enhance lead-to-revenue processes.
  • Manage marketing budget and resource allocation, optimizing investments for maximum impact.
  • What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, performance marketing, and revenue attribution models.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills.
