Kitchen Manager
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, experienced cook to manage our cloud kitchen.
A new Japanese concept is looking for a cook with at least five (5) years of experience to work Full Time in our new concept kitchen in Downtown San Jose. We will teach you how to prepare our foods. You will be working independently and be ultimately responsible for executing the prep and orders for dine-in, delivery, and takeout.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead kitchen operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Prepare foods, meats, and ingredients, place orders and control inventory.
- Ensure safety, keep workspace clean and tidy and adhere to strict sanitation.
- Ensure excellent communication with management and team members.
- Be a Leader and Team Player.
