The Regulatory Affairs Manager provides leadership and direction in the implementation of regulatory policies and procedures to ensure chemical and product compliance. This includes managing hazard communication compliance, coordinating submissions with government agencies, and maintaining environmental programs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulations such as GHS, FDA, TSCA, and RCRA.
- Manage SDS authoring systems and ERP management.
- Coordinate IMDS requests and CSAT Site Vulnerability Assessment (SVA) submissions.
- Prepare and submit environmental reports to government agencies.
- Develop and maintain procedures for compliance with EPA TSCA, Canada NSN, and other chemical control laws.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- 7 years of progressive experience in Regulatory Affairs or EHS department.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and standards such as GHS, FDA, TSCA, CEPA, DSL, FIFRA, RCRA.
