Job Summary
The Field Technical Service Representative will be responsible for implementing and tracking value-added activities at the customer to improve the production process and resolve production process issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate day-to-day operations and projects with the customer base and appropriate personnel via action register management and regular technical project meetings
- Monitor and track NBCi's on-line performance, incoming quality for processing color and appearance criteria
- Communicate with the FTS Specialist/Technical Account Manager and Sales representatives to manage inventory levels effectively
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- B.S. Degree or Minimum of 2 years of customer-based technical experience in automotive paints
- Strong computer and software skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
