The Financial & Commercial Analyst will play a key role in supporting our business objectives by analyzing data and providing insights to inform decision-making.
This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Monthly financial reporting to senior management.
- Analyze financial reports for variances, calculate KPIs, and provide feedback.
- Prepare and analyze customer and product profitability reporting.
- Prepare and analyze quarterly royalty statements and tax calculations.
- Work directly with the Sales organization during customer-specific quote development for existing and potential new products.
- Generate ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
- Perform other support duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or statistical analysis.
- Minimum 4 years of comparable analysis experience.
- Familiar with cost accounting concepts.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize assignments/projects within tight time constraints.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Good business sense – ability to identify issues, structure the problem & present results.
- Ability to work effectively with people across different levels and functions.
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP (or other Tier 1 ERP system).
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form.
