Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bill of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other Shipping/Receiving/Freight documents
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks when necessary
- Verify/inspect the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents
- Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise
- Identify, hold, and segregate defective material (RGA process)
- Complete proper part checks and instruct operators to move materials to proper staging area
- Help in evaluating inventory discrepancies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong SAP skills
- DOT and IATA certified
- Must have 2 yrs. shipping/receiving or similar experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills (WordExcelAccess)
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to operate and pass forklift certification
