Job Title:
Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Verify and inspect the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents.
- Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise.
- Identify, hold, and segregate defective material (RGA process).
- Complete part checks and instruct operators to move materials to proper staging areas.
- Evaluate inventory discrepancies.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong SAP skills.
- DOT and IATA certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate a forklift and pass certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Ability to identify and define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work off-shift hours as needed.
