Responsibilities :
- 80% travel in the area, 20% desk work. Business trip is assigned as needed.
- Report to office every morning . Schedule appointment and reaching out to clients.
- Maintaining & developing relationships with new & existing customers.
- Prepare, distribute, & coordinate sales contracts and associated forms to complete orders.
- Maintains confidentiality of company and customers information; includes pricing, inventory, market share and other materials that can be used by competitors.
- Recording sales & order information; sending copies to the sales office, and entering data.
- Accurate record keeping within the company’s programs and / or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Reviewing your sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above list.

Similar to our parent company Nihon Shokken (日本食研) in Japan, Nippon Shokken U.S.A. manufactures and sells liquid sauces and powder seasonings. Back to 1988, we began American operations with opening its Los Angeles Sales Office in Torrance, California. We initially imported and distributed sauces and seasonings made in Japan throughout the U.S. As we continue to expand, our West Sacramento Head Office and Plant was built and started its operation in 2013. Future plans are to expand and add new manufacturing plant to increase production volume with the 40,000 square meters (approximately 10 acres) of unused land next to our Plant. This plan is now in progress, and we are anticipating it in near future!
