- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper math skills are applied during payment processing.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations.
