The right person will:
- Demonstrate a positive and professional collaborative team attitude in dealing with colleagues, clients, legal and financial professionals, and other parties.
- Have a “client-first “mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resolve complex and non-routine client issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Have Trust Administration & Estate Planning paralegal experience.
- Must be able to review and understand bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Be willing to listen, ask questions, learn, think, then act.
- Be self-motivated, self-aware, and capable of working independently.
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Be organized, focused, detail-oriented and an excellent proofreader.
- Be able to analyze information and deliver quality service to our clients
- Have the ability to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with outside vendors to collect data, account information and assets from various financial institutions.
- Prepare estate property tax returns.
- Minimum 3 years of consecutive Trust & Estate paralegal experience.
- Salary will be based on EXPERIENCE.
- On-site employees must be vaccinated.
- Eligible for hybrid schedule after six months of employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
