Support Staff
As a Support Staff member, you will utilize your extensive cannabis knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right medical or recreational products. You will deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to all MD regulations and company policies. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, answering product-related questions, and maintaining the sales floor's flow. You will play a key role in guiding customers through the world of cannabis consumption while ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Essential Duties
Performing assigned duties during your shift, including side tasks like cleaning and organizing
Adhering to designated break and lunch schedules
Completing training on all basic front-of-house duties, including reception, and budtender responsibilities
Following all company and state transaction standards and procedures
Understanding and complying with Nirvana Center Dispensary policies and procedures
Understanding and following MI regulations to maintain compliance
Communicating effectively and supportively with coworkers
Providing excellent customer service and actively listening to customer needs
Maintaining a clean and organized work area and sales floor
Completing any tasks assigned by supervisors or managers
Utilizing the Dutchies POS system and verifying discounts
Scanning and verifying customer identification cards
Practicing proper cash handling procedures
Performing opening / closing tasks thoroughly and on time
Following the established chain of command
Taking responsibility for transactions and any errors
Remaining open to learning and constructive feedback
