- Prescribe medications, eyeglasses, and contact lenses as necessary
- Provide guidance on proper eye care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
- Coordinate follow-up appointments when required
- Educate patients on the use and maintenance of contact lenses
- Refer patients to eye specialists or surgeons when necessary
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience as an Optometrist
- In-depth knowledge of eye conditions and vision defects
- The ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Degree in Optometry
