- Lead engineering-based planning, direction, and oversight of construction phase assignments on various airfield projects.
- Conduct evaluations and analyses of existing projects to enhance outcomes.
- Develop familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars, design standards, and Unified Facilities Criteria to effectively contribute to projects.
- Progress toward fulfilling design team leader and project manager responsibilities.
- Oversee project tasks and timelines across multiple technical functional areas.
- Review and generate technical documentation, including engineering analyses, reports, change proposals, and other pertinent materials.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Exceptional leadership, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in civil engineering, with a focus on aviation projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Hampshire or Vermont.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a higher qualification.
