Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and project management assistance to the bridge lead.
- Manage and technically guide a variety of bridge projects across varying sizes and complexities.
- Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and final design documentation.
- Ensure quality control, client interaction, and oversee daily operational elements of assigned projects.
- Prepare regulatory permit submissions for diverse projects.
- Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project timelines while adhering to budgetary constraints and deadlines.
- Licensed Structural Engineer.
- Over 8 years of experience in Bridge Engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong program management skills.
- Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with AASHTO Design Guidelines.
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering.
- PE License is preferred.
- Proven leadership and program management experience.
