We’re looking for a proactive, strategic Outbound Growth Manager to help scale our outbound motion and drive pipeline across behavioral health, weight management, physical therapy, and more. You’ll combine automation, smart targeting, sharp messaging, and experimentation to generate and qualify leads—then turn them into real opportunities. About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic Outbound Growth Manager to help scale our outbound motion and drive pipeline across behavioral health, weight management, physical therapy, and more. You’ll combine automation, smart targeting, sharp messaging, and experimentation to generate and qualify leads—then turn them into real opportunities. What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential clients and opportunities that match our Ideal Customer Profile
- Design and launch outbound campaigns via email, events, and social channels
- Write compelling outreach copy, experiment with targeting logic, and run A/B tests
- Use Apollo, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build workflows and manage leads
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, clearly communicating Nirvana’s value
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align GTM strategy
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records in Salesforce and monitor key performance metrics
- 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare or technology
- Strong track record of building relationships with enterprise technology buyers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, especially provider or insurance solutions
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and outbound experimentation
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team
- Competitive comp: $70K–$90K base commission equity
