Position Overview :

Equipment : Operate 53' refrigerated trailers on a reliable dedicated account.
Freight : 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop-and-hook and live load / unloads.
Schedule : Weekly home time with a guaranteed 34-hour reset.
Shifts : Flexibility required for daytime and nighttime shifts.
Operation : 7-day operation (weekends off not guaranteed).
Work Schedule Options :

5-day work week : Personal vehicle required for terminal commute.

6-day work week : Option to take the truck home.

Mileage : Average 1,700 miles per week.

Pay & Benefits :

Mileage Pay : $0.69 to $0.81 per mile.

Weekly Pay Guarantee : Minimum of $1,000.

Additional Pay :

10 for the first stop.

15 for additional stops.

25 for short hauls under 50 miles.

Average Weekly Earnings : Approximately $1,500.

Monthly Bonus : $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG.

Benefits : Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO) after just 30 days.

Driver Requirements :

Age : Minimum 21 years with a valid Class A CDL.

Driving Record : Clean record with no major violations in the past 5 years.

Experience : 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.

Background : No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 5 years.

Drug Screening : Must pass pre-employment urine and hair tests.

Employment History : Stable 10-year work history with minimal gaps.
