CDL-A Recent Graduates – Paid Training & Guaranteed Pay!

Start Your Trucking Career with Paid Training & Steady Earnings

We’re hiring recent CDL-A graduates for OTR truck driving positions . Get hands-on experience, guaranteed pay, and long-term earning potential with scheduled raises.

Paid Training & Orientation

Paid Training : 4-6 weeks (200-250 hours) of behind-the-wheel experience before driving solo
Paid Orientation : Earn $300 during orientation
Travel & Hotel : Provided by the company at no cost to you

Pay & Benefits

Post-Training Pay : $0.56 CPM with weekly earnings averaging $1,300

Mileage : 1,600-2,200 miles per week

Pay Increases : Raises every 3-6 months , up to $0.64 CPM after 5 years

Freight Type : 100% no-touch freight , 50% drop-and-hook

Home Time : 14 days out, 2 full days at home (option to take the truck home)

Rider & Pet Policy : Available after training completion

Comprehensive Benefits :

Medical & dental insurance (available after 30 days )

Job Requirements

Valid Class A CDL (Must be at least 21 years old )

Clean driving record (No at-fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions in the past 3 years )

No DUIs in the last 5 years (No more than 2 lifetime DUIs , if prior to obtaining CDL-A)

No prior terminations from previous employment

Must pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screens

Criminal records reviewed by the safety team

Employment history : No large gaps ( maximum of 6 months in the past year and 1 year in the past 3 years )
