Job Description : We're seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers to run OTR, primarily east of I-35 with occasional trips to the West Coast. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart their trucking career with comprehensive training and a supportive environment.
What We Offer :
- Training Pay : $650 / week for 200-250 hours of behind-the-wheel training
- Starting Pay : $0.56 CPM after training, with average earnings of $1,400-$1,680 per week
- Mileage : Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week
- Pay Increases : Regular raises every 3-6 months, up to $0.64 CPM after five years
- Benefits : Full medical and dental coverage, PTO, and more after 30 days
- Freight Type : 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook
- Perks : Rider and pet policy after training completion
- Home Time : 14 days out with 2 full days at home; option to take the truck home during breaks
