Position Overview :

Equipment : Operate 53' refrigerated trailers on a dedicated account.
Freight : 100% no touch freight, featuring drop and hook and live store load / unloads.
Schedule : Weekly home time, ensuring a minimum 34-hour reset.
Flexibility : Drivers must be available for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
Operation : 7-day operation with weekends not guaranteed off.
Work Schedule Options : Choose between a 5-day work week (personal vehicle required for terminal travel) or a 6-day work week (take the truck home).
Mileage : Average 1,700 miles per week.

Pay & Benefits :

Competitive Mileage Pay : Earn $0.69 to $0.81 per mile

Weekly guarantee pay : $1.000

Additional Incentives : $10 for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop, and $25 for short hauls under 50 miles.

Average Weekly Earnings : Approximately $1,500.

Monthly Bonus : $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuel efficiency.

Comprehensive Benefits : Medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO after 30 days.

Driver Requirements :

Age : Minimum 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.

Driving Record : Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents, serious tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years.

Employment History : Solid 10-year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training (6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years maximum).

Background Check : No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the last 5 years.

Drug Screening : Must pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
