Job Details
- Freight Type : Reefer (100% No Touch, 60% Drop & Hook)
- Weekly Pay : $1,200 - $1,500 (based on experience)
- Miles : Average 2,100 - 2,300 per week
- Routes : Regional runs across 8 Western States
- Home Time : Every other week (34-48 hours)
- Pet & Rider Policy :
- Bring your dog (under 30 lbs) or a rider from Day 1 (Trainees must wait until training is complete).
- Orientation Pay : $300 (Paid)
- Monthly Bonus : Earn up to $0.08 CPM for safety, fuel, and performance

- Requirements :
- Class A CDL and 120 hours from an accredited school
- Paid Training :
- Type : Regional & OTR
- Duration : 4-6 weeks
- Pay : $650 per week
- Home Time : Every other week (34-48 hours)
- Dog and rider allowed after training completion
Driver Requirements
- Age : 21
- Driving Record : Fairly clean (no major accidents or violations in the last 5 years)
- Employment History : 10 years (no major gaps outside school / training)
- Background Check : No DUI / DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
- Drug Test : Pass urine and hair follicle screening
