Responsibilities
Derivatives Analysts, as members of the Derivatives Portfolio Management team, assist with constructing and supporting portfolios for some of the largest institutional investors in the world. The general purpose of this position is to provide input and support in the day-to-day management of client derivatives portfolios. A nalysts have a number of key responsibilities including monitoring portfolio risk exposures and performance, ensuring consistency amongst portfolios, security valuations, supporting trade execution, and providing analysis of client portfolios and the investments that they hold. Analysts learn the fundamentals of financial markets, portfolio management and cross-asset trading gaining knowledge of both exchange-traded and over-the-counter derivatives instruments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a strong analytical and quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or Financial Engineering
- Professional experience with derivatives preferred
- Trading experience preferred
- Familiarity with techniques and technologies related to quantitative/statistical analysis (Python, R, C/C /C#, Java), data management (SQL), and Excel
- Experience with statistical and/or mathematical modeling
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about financial markets and investments
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Drive to perform at a high level under pressure and time constraints
