Job Title: Truss and Panel Assembler

Job Summary:

The Truss and Panel Assembler is responsible for assembling wood trusses and wall panels according to production specifications. This role involves reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and using hand and power tools to construct trusses and panels for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wood trusses and wall panels according to engineered designs and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, and secure lumber and other materials using saws, nail guns, and other tools.
• Ensure all components are assembled accurately and meet company quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely, following all company policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders.
• Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately.
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.

Salary : $18 - $20
