Essential Duties :
- Coordinate and execute projects and change management initiatives that includes all aspects of project planning and monitoring.
- Guide project teams on how to use Agile SDLC and project processes, workflows, best practices and principles to drive and deliver high quality products and services.
- Facilitate and support project events such as, but not limited to : Project meetings, stakeholders review, project retrospectives.
- Collaborate and assist with project planning sessions.
- Facilitate cause mitigation meetings as needed.
- Prioritize clear communications and ensure communication channel hygiene is high and effective between cross functional teams.
- Identify and continually measure the complexity, effort, risk and uncertainty of project scopes.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholder or management review.
- Work to bring resolution on escalated items and clear project impediments / blockers.
- Proactively build and manage positive relationships with internal stakeholders.

- Other duties as assigned.
