Work Schedule :
Hybrid from the following office location : Mandan, NDRequirement : Minimum of working 3 days per week out of an office location and ability to work up to all 5 days a week from an office location.Essential Duties :
Assist in reviewing and verifying files for analysis and processing.Help verify reports that track daily input files.Support the monitoring of daily and monthly data center processes that prepare billing records for assigned customers.Maintain documentation related to customer business requirements and status of jobs.Provide customer support to internal and external customers on application-related questions.Assist team members as needed, contributing to a collaborative environment.Review files for completeness and troubleshoot basic processing errors.Prepare reports for the data center and assist with billing inquiries.Research basic processing changes or errors as required.Perform other tasks as assigned, providing learning opportunities in various areas.Demonstrate a commitment to NISC’s Statement of Shared Values.NISC’s Shared Values & Competencies :

Basic understanding of business-related software applications and services.Interest in the telecommunications industry, including an eagerness to learn about telecom billing practices and concepts.Familiarity with telecom billing terminology and concepts is a plus.Willingness to learn about NISC’s CABs, DMS, and EUB billing applications.Basic knowledge of Unix commands and navigating directory structures is helpful.Ability to work independently while also contributing to team success.Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks within established deadlines.Effective communication skills to interact positively with internal and external contacts.Willingness to learn troubleshooting methods for basic software errors.Desired Education and / or Certification(s) :
High School diploma or equivalency required.Pursuing and Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, CIS or a related field.Minimum Physical Requirements :
