Nishida Services is hiring an area manager for the Northwest Region of Indiana.
Cities in the Area: Crown Point and Michigan City, IN
Responsibilities: An area manager oversees a portfolio of client accounts within a specific region. Their functions include:
- Supervision and support for all janitorial staff and supervisors in the area.
- Special equipment retrieval and delivery.
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality service.
- Addressing concerns with the supervisors who report to the area manager.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Overseeing the implementation of procedures and policies set in place by the Operations Manager.
- Conducting interviews, trainings, disciplinary action, and terminations as needed
- Payroll management
- Inventory management
Full time:
- 40 hours per week average
- Weekdays, weekends as needed
- Primary hours will be morning shift:
- Some evening and night shift hours may be necessary
Pay: $23.00/hr

- Background check
