Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of the janitorial staff
- Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly janitorial and floor cleaning tasks are completed
- Report to the operations manager with weekly feedback, product orders, and employee needs
- Managing employee schedules
- Performing all hiring, training, disciplinary action and firing for the account
- Keeping track of payroll weekly
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in janitorial or related field of work
- Criminal history check
