What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Nishiki Ramen?
We are looking to fill the assistant manager position at our Mira Mesa location. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to; Scheduling, Inventory Management, Paid/Unpaid Break Management, Troubleshooting problems and issues that might arise. Minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Experience Needed.
Must be someone that has passion with ramen or wanting to learn. Training period of $18/hr applies to people without Ramen restaurant experience.

Pay: $21.55 - $24.55 per hour
