What You’ll Do
As our Service Writer / Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ourserviceoperation, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and our shop runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Care: Providing outstanding customer service and effectively communicating with customers and technicians about service needs.
- Scheduling customers: Scheduling customers with a time that works for them and our shop to ensure a great turn around time for getting them back on the trail.
- Team Coordination: Scheduling technicians weekly, managing time-off requests, and monitoring jobs to ensure they’re completed on time and within budgeted hours.
- PartsCoordination:Ensuring necessary parts are available for assigned jobs and assisting with inventory organization.
- Administrative Tasks: Submitting warranties promptly and maintaining accurate service records.
- Shop Maintenance: Keeping the service and warehouse areas clean and organized.
- Daily Operations: Assisting with unloading trucks, merchandising units, and ensuring items are stored appropriately at the end of the day.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who has:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the knowledgegap between customers and technicians.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, track service progress, and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Some mechanical knowledge, though not required, is extremelyhelpful.
- A proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to operate a forklift to unload trucks, and carries a valid motorcycle license to ensure safety operating motorcycles/atvs/utvs/and more.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
